EASY RETURNS!

Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always EASY. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Herdzco Supplies, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase – 25% Restocking Fee Will Apply to all returns! For all orders under $20, a deduction will be made for the cost of the return label. Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please Contact us directly.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Herdzco Supplies will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Any returns or exchanges should be shipped back out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Please Email us at sales@herdzcosupplies.com to start a return or exchange. Please include your order number and details about product you'd like to return. We will respond quickly with further instructions on how to return items from your order.

 

If the return is a result of our error (you recieved an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please email or call us immediately and we will make things right.
