Vibram…of course; fine product. However, I was one day from charging back the order, secondary to zero replies from both email and voicemail messages. Luckily (for us both), products shipped (meaning, actually began moving through the mail system) a day following a phone call explaining an intention to cancel the order. That sort of poor service does not fair well with soliciting further business from the customer’s perspective.
