How to Use

1. Rinse the media to remove any dust before use.
2. Place in a filter tray, canister filter, or sump where water can flow through it.
3. For best nitrate removal, maintain a flow rate of less than 50 US gallons (189 liters) per hour.
4. At higher flow rates, the media primarily functions as an aerobic nitrification site.
