Cappucino Cow Suede – Double Butt, 1.1–1.3 mm (3 oz), ~14 Sq Ft

• This is a premium hide made in Brazil, finished with a tight, uniform nap that gives exceptional softness and a subtle velvety sheen. While not as short as calf suede, the nap is fine and consistent, with natural, gentle shading when brushed. Its drapey hand makes it ideal for garments, while still having enough body for handbags, footwear, and other structured pieces.
• Cut from the double butt, each hide measures about ~14 Sq Ft — smaller than a full hide — and provides a generous usable area for panel-based projects. The reverse side is left untreated, showing the natural split surface; lining is recommended unless the raw look is preferred.
• Drum-dyed for deep, even color penetration, this suede keeps its color consistent when flexed. It cuts cleanly without excessive fraying, has minimal stretch, and holds its shape well. While the colorfastness is strong, suede should be kept away from excessive moisture to preserve the nap.
