Never shipped my order, didn't respond to three emails.

I ordered from this company two weeks ago. They immediately made a shipping label and never shipped the product. Tracking still says preparing to ship. I have sent this company three emails and they have not responded to a single one. I can't even get a refund because they do not answer emails.
