OEM Part, 100% New

I needed a new telescoping handle for my TravelPro Platinum Rollerboard. When I bought it, back in the early/mid ‘90’s, Platnum was a new line for them, snd carried a “Lifetime, unconditional, no questions asked” guarantee. Ha! What a joke! Not only did TravelPro not agree to honor the warranty in any way, they didn’t even carry the parts (which I would have paid a fair price for). Their offer was a 10% discount off a new $400+ Rollerboard. So I went looking for replacement handles on line, and found Herdzco. I wanted to fix the bag because, despite over 1 million miles of travel, it’s still a great bag, wheels and telescoping handle excepted. Replacing the wheels was no problem, and with Herdzco’s stock,of genuine OEM parts, neither was replacing the handle. They had it when TravelPro didn't, and for a fair price, considering it saved my otherwise very functional bag from the scrap heap. Shipment was quick, parts fit and function perfectly, and I’m back in business.

As for TravelPro’s insulting 10% discount offer in lieu of honoring their warranty, I promptly went out and bought a Briggs & Riley to supplement the TravelPro I’m repairing.
