Pure Stride for Kids have arrived!! Available in 8 kid sizes. Based on the original Pure Stride Full-Length model. Polypropylene shell surrounded by 2 layers of EVA. The orthotic is lightweight yet has firm arch support.
The kid's orthotics are great to use on kids as a first orthotic before having a parent spend $400+ on a custom device. Pure Stride Kids Orthotics are only dispensed by medical professionals. Pure Stride Kids Orthotics give quick pain relief in the arch, heel, and metatarsals. They are made up of 4 layers to ensure comfort. The first layer is an anti-microbial mesh, the second layer is a high rebound EVA and the 3rd layer is a plastic shell. The metatarsal area has a blue EVA plug for added comfort.

Directions:
Remove the inserts in your shoes. Insert the Pure Stride Kids Orthotics red side up in your shoes. Wear them for a few hours and if you develop pain remove them and wear them again the next day until your feet are accustomed to wearing the orthotics. Clean with warm soap and water.

If you have diabetes or ulcerations on the bottom of your foot make sure you consult your medical professional prior to wearing this product. If the pain persists after wearing the orthotics consult your medical professional who prescribed them.
